1. Connect training data

Data use and retention

Production will show the approved fields and retention periods before consent. The proposed design limits normalized history to 28 days and raw retry buffers to 24 hours, subject to shorter partner limits. These periods are not approved production promises.

Disconnecting stops new processing through that source. It does not cancel a subscription or erase information already held by a training platform.

2. Choose briefing delivery

A briefing may contain sleep, pulse and workout information visible in your mailbox, chat or device previews.

3. Continue in your AI assistant

Assistant

OpenAI will receive only the relevant briefing and supporting measurements when you use the authorized connection. Its own terms and privacy controls apply. Your provider tokens are never shared.

AI context off or awaiting a source. No AI request is made here. Changing assistant resets consent.

Declining AI still allows approved deterministic briefings. Stopping AI sharing does not erase existing third-party chats.

4. Delete the demo account

Account deletion stops future collection, optional messages, AI sharing and subscription renewals. Source-platform accounts and previously delivered copies remain with those services.
